Project scope
Work begins from the service and requirements confirmed in your order. Requests outside that scope may require a revised quote or timeline.
Quotes and payment
Fixed-price services show their USD total before submission. Custom services marked quote required need a confirmed price. The website does not collect payment automatically; the team sends PayPal information privately after submission.
Revisions and delivery
Revision expectations and delivery timing are agreed during review. Delivery estimates begin after payment and all required materials are confirmed.
Acceptable use
Customers must provide lawful materials and may not request work intended to harm users, bypass platform rules, or infringe another party’s rights.
Digital work
Because each project is custom, ownership, source files, refunds, and cancellation terms are confirmed with the project scope before production.
Specific project terms shared during review take priority when they are accepted by both sides.
